| Eric has been in the computer industry since 1979, studying first at ___, and later as a system programmer at a large manufacturing plant. After having worked for other computer networking companies as an HP Star Certified Technical Sales Rep, Eric and his wife started NNG in the fall of 2000. Eric has been designing network installations for over 15 years. As a MCP, CCNA, A+, Network Plus, and countless other acronyms, Eric is the leader of our team. He loves the Red Sox, the Patriots, Jai Alai and the summer. | Laura is most likely the person you will first talk to when you call NNG. Laura does all of the component and system purchasing, billing, software upgrades, and wears many more hats as an office manager. After having designed and sold network systems for 12 years she knows the ins and outs of the business. Laura is an Inet Professional, Microsoft Software Advisor, and a Microsoft Trainer. She has sat on a Software Advisory Council for Microsoft. When she is not busy working she is quilting, gardening, and scrapbooking. | Matt shares his time as both a subcontractor and a PC Technician for Northstar. While Matt supports the network environment full time he has been contracted for the last few years as an IT support technician at a large Aerospace Company in Connecticut. His job consists of all aspects of systems maintenance from desktop to server. Matt loves video games, sushi, and travel. | ||

| Most of our clients will recognize the cheery smile and hearty laugh of Paul Robinson. Paul is our main HP Certified printer repair person and troubleshooter. When he isn't out repairing and maintaining printers he is busy repairing, building and troubleshooting PC issues. He is married to Eric's sister, loves to read and enjoys hiking with his dog, Emma. | Maren offers a variety of services both in house and to our clients including web and graphic design, e-mail distribution, word processing, desktop publishing, internet research, and more. This fall, Maren graduates with a Web Design diploma from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. | Mike has been both a colleague and personal friend for many years and we are proud to offer his services to our clients. James has been working for the Fairfax County School System for almost 25 years
as a teacher and art therapist. As a graduate of Georgetown University and an
adjunct professor at Marymount College, he has explored the depths of both people
and art. James is a professional photographer and is in love with all depths of
both people and art. James has done work for many of our clients from his studio
in Ashburn, Virginia. He enjoys spending his spare time at his ranch in Maryland.
